Return Policy

At Vynix, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 28 days of receiving your item.

Return Window

Customers have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned with original packaging where possible

  • Free from damage, scratches, wear, or signs of use

We only accept returns for products in new condition.

Return Method

All returns must be sent back by post.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Vynix is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 12 days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Damaged items not caused by Vynix

  • Items returned outside the 28-day return window

  • Products without sufficient order information

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
