Where can I find my order number?

Your order number appears in the Vynix order-confirmation email and normally begins with a #. If you cannot find it, send us the name and email address used at checkout.

Why has my tracking not updated?

Tracking can pause between carrier scans, during international handovers or while a parcel clears customs. If there has been no update for several business days, contact us and we’ll review it.

Can you help me choose the right glasses?

Yes. Tell us where brightness or glare bothers you most, whether you want sunglasses or screen eyewear, and any frame style you prefer. We’ll explain the most suitable Vynix options without promising medical treatment.

How do I request a return?

Review the refund policy first, then send your order number and reason for the return through the form above. Please wait for return instructions before posting anything back.
