Nemesis has a wide lens profile with a narrower bridge and flexible spring hinges. It is best suited to wider faces or anyone who prefers generous lens coverage with a secure fit.
Nemesis is measured as 57-16-145. You can compare these measurements with a pair of glasses that already fits you comfortably.
These measurements are usually printed inside the temple arm of your current glasses. Frames with similar measurements should provide the closest fit.
If you are unsure whether Nemesis will fit, contact Vynix Support with the measurements from your current glasses and we will be happy to help.
Nemesis gives the classic aviator silhouette a sharper, more modern edge. Its wide double-bridge metal frame is paired with dark-tinted polarised TAC lenses designed to reduce reflected glare, soften harsh outdoor brightness and provide 100% UVA/UVB protection.
The darker lens tint may also make established eye floaters feel less distracting against bright skies and pale surfaces. Flexible spring hinges create a more adaptable fit, while the lightweight 29.8 g construction keeps Nemesis comfortable for driving, travelling and everyday outdoor wear.

The Vynix dark-lens system
Purposefully dark sunglasses for bright outdoor conditions. Solid polarisation controls reflected glare, while UV400 protection adds dedicated UVA and UVB coverage.
Designed as outdoor comfort eyewear. Vynix lenses do not remove, cure or treat eye floaters or an underlying eye condition.

Move the slider to preview the principle behind a Vynix dark lens: lowering overall brightness while keeping the outdoor scene visible.

Three different jobs
A complete outdoor lens needs each feature to do its own job. Darkness controls visible brightness, polarisation controls reflected glare, and UV400 addresses ultraviolet exposure.
01 · Brightness
Reduces the intensity of bright skies, pale surfaces and open outdoor spaces. This is the part of the lens that makes daylight look and feel darker.
Overall light control02 · Reflections
Filters harsh reflected glare from roads, water, windows and other horizontal surfaces. Polarisation supports clearer, more comfortable outdoor viewing.
Surface-glare control03 · Ultraviolet
Provides stated UVA and UVB lens coverage. UV protection is separate from how dark or reflective a lens appears, which is why it deserves its own specification.
UVA + UVB coverageFloaters and light sensitivity
Eye floaters can feel more noticeable against bright, uniform backgrounds such as blue skies, white walls and sunlit open spaces. Light sensitivity can also make harsh outdoor brightness uncomfortable.
A dark tint lowers the overall brightness of the backgrounds where established floaters may stand out most.
Solid polarisation targets reflected glare rather than simply making the entire view darker.
Choose the frame and darkness level that suit your environment, comfort and intended use.
Less harsh daylight. Less reflected glare. A view built for brighter days.
Some wearers may find existing floaters feel less distracting when outdoor brightness is reduced. Individual comfort varies, and sunglasses do not change the underlying floaters themselves.
The honest answer
Vynix sunglasses do not remove, cure or treat eye floaters, photophobia or another eye condition. They are designed to reduce outdoor brightness and reflected glare, which some customers may find more comfortable.
Sudden new floaters, flashes, a curtain or shadow in your vision, eye pain or a sudden change in sight should be assessed promptly by a qualified eye-care professional.
Before you choose
Straight answers about darkness, polarisation, UV protection and eye floaters.
No. The lenses do not remove or treat floaters. By reducing harsh outdoor brightness, some people may find established floaters feel less distracting against bright backgrounds, but individual experiences vary.
A polarising filter reduces reflected glare from surfaces such as roads, water and glass. “Solid” describes the conventional tinted polarised finish, rather than a mirrored outer coating.
No. Darkness controls visible brightness, while UV400 relates to ultraviolet protection. A lens can look dark without providing appropriate UV coverage, so both specifications matter.
Yes. Some LCD displays may appear darker, show colour patterns or become difficult to see at particular angles through a polarised lens.
Use sunglasses only as indicated by their lens-category labelling. Very dark Category 4 lenses must not be used for driving, and sunglasses should not be worn at night or where reduced visibility creates a hazard.
Choose only from the options shown near the top of this product page. If a single-vision prescription option is offered, follow the prescription-upload instructions before adding the frame to your cart.
